Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 11. A bogey was raised that there was something about tne world situation making it impossible for inhabitants of the British Isles to feed themselves for the rest of this century. This was completely untrue, said the Minister of Food, Mr John Strachey, in the House of Commons. There was no reason to suppose the British people would not be able to obtain an ample supply of foodstuffs, partly by growing their own and partly by exchanging manufactures for imports. __ __. ,
