RIFLE SHOOTING
DUNEDIN v. WAIKOUAITI The Dunedin Rifle Club travelled to Waikouaiti on Saturday to have a shoot with the Waikouaiti Rifle Club. The Dunedin members presented a trophy, in the form of a weather glass, to the Waikouaiti Club, to be shot for in club competition. Conditions were ideal, with just enough wind to make the shooting interesting. The shoot was one sigh ter and nine shots to count at 300 yards. Rifleman G. H. Smith was the top scorer with 43.
