Unions were also dealt in at £7 2s Gd, the closing quotations being Is on either side of that figure. Preferred Canterbury Meats were turned over at £6 17s Gd, the closing offer of 2s Gd less failing to meet with any response. Broken Hills had a closer market at £2 6s 3d (buyer) and £2 7s (seller), and Coles continued sleadilv in demand at £3 7s Gd.
