THE NORWEGIAN FLAG
ABOLISHED BY QUISLING NEW EMBLEM ADOPTED LONDON, Oct. 6. The Stockholm correspondent of The Times says Quisling has announced the abolition of the Norwegian flag and the adoption of a new flag showing a golden cross on a red ground.
