LATEST DONATIONS RECEIVED TOTAL NOW £75,729 (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON. Oct. 5. ( The Minister of Finance, Mr W. Nash, announces, that the Aeroplane Fund closed on September 30. and the donations received and paid into thepublic account so far total £75,729 2s 6d. There are still some lists outstanding. Among the latest amounts acknowledged are: Hastings Borough Council list £2097 15s 7d; Nelson City list (third and final instalment), £504 12s 6d; Matamata Borough Council list, £409 ,9s 6d; Marlborough Provincial Patriotic Council (second instalments, £lll 9s; mayor’s list (Te Kuiti). £144 6s 6d; Ashburton Guardian list. £l3O 12s 4d.
