Tenders are being called by the Public Works Department for the erection of a new wins and additions to the ante-natal clinic at St. Helens Hospital, Invercargill. The new wing, which will include a doctor’s room, bath and pi’eparation room and sterilising' room, will be built in brick on concrete foundations. The roof will be tiled, and the interior of the wing will be finished in fabric plaster. The building will be centrally heated from an auto-matically-controlled boiler. It is expected that the building will be competed early in the new year.
