Friday, October 4 (B«fore Mr J. R- Bartholomew, S.M.) Wandering Stock Charged with allowing horses to wander on the Dunedin-Middlemarch highway, Alexander Clark was fined 5s and costs (12s). For allowing cattle to wander on the State highway at Otokia, Margaret Stevenson was fined 10s, with costs (lis). Motoring Offences John McKenzie Brennsell and Lionel Brennsell were jointly charged with operating a truck with a greater load than that to which thye were entitled, -A fine of 20s. with court costs (12s), was imposed. .
