Malta “ Carries On ” According to agency messages, the Malta law courts and private and public schools have been opened as usual on the termination of the summer holidays.
French Scout Movement The order of the French Scout movement may be carried on as Free Frenchmen have registered a Scout Association with the Boy Scouts’ International Committee. This association has made its headquarters in London, where hospitality has been given to it by the imperial headquarters of the Boy Scouts’ Association. Soldiers’ Education Soldiers of the British Army will be given ample opportunity to carry on their education during the coming winter Not only has the Army Education Corps been expanded but competent lecturers have been collected by the Central Advisory Council on Adult Education in the forces, which works through regional committees formed in every university area. In addition local education authorities and professional bodies are placing facilities at the forces’ disposal.
