TROTTING CLUB FORBURY PARK COMMITTEE A meeting of the committee of the Forburv Park Trotting Club was held last night, and was attended by Messrs B. S. Irwin, president (in the chab). C. R. Hadfield. November Meeting The question of the stake money to be given for the November meeting came up for discussion. The chairman said that the stake money given last year was £3550 and that the profit for the meeting was £349. The profit from the meeting was to be devoted to patriotic purposes, and the profits from meetings for the duration of the war were also to be given to the patiiotic fU ft was agreed that, while the club desired to make as large a profit as possible for the patriotic fund, it would be in the general interest of the sport if the stake money were increased to £3750.
