NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tuepeka County Council proposes, at its meeting to be held on the eleventh day ol October, 1940, to consider a motion to apply to thfe Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £SOOO from the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand for the purpose of making advances to farmers for the erection of dwellings under the Rural Housing Act, 1939. The proposed security to be pledged to meet the annual charges on the proposed loan and its repayment is a rate of l/25th of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all rateable property within the County.
