DUNEDIN COMMUNITY SING

The weekly Dunedin community sing will be held In the Strand Theatre at noon to-morrow. The proceeds will be for the Navy Queen (Miss Jessie McLennan) and the Air Force Queen (Miss Mary Pratt), and both queens will be making their first appearances at the sing. They will both render items. Donations and “ cheerlos ” may.be sei.t to Mr J. F. Himbnrg, at Begg’s A baby’s layette, a large hot-water jug, and a solid leather golf bag will be sold. A special programme of Air Force and Navy songs, as well as other popular ones, has been arranged. Mr H. P. Desmoulins will be the leader and Mr Alf. Pettitt the pianist.
