HIGH COMMISSIONER
A GOODWILL MESSAGE (Per United PrSss Association) ( AUCKLAND, Oct. 1. A message of goodwill from his old constituency of Onehunga has been cabled to the High Commissioner. London (Mr W. J. Jordan), by the Onehunga Borough Council as follows: “The council and citizens of Onehunga express their heartfelt appreciation and admiration of the indomitable spirit shown and fortitude maintained by all in Great Britain. You are manning to-day’s front line. To Mrs Jordan yourself and family we extend our thoughts daily in acknowledgment of the personal sacrifices you are making on our behalf, Kia Ora,”
