ADDITIONAL ARRESTS
CONDITIONS AT VICHY LONDON, Sept. 29. (Received Sept. 29, at 11 p.m.) The Times reports that the Vichy authorities have arrested four of M. Leon Blum's closest collaborators, Ms. Vincent Auriol, Marx Dormoy, Jules Mcch and Solomon Grumback.
