TAIERI AND PENINSULA CLUB Various trophies presented by members of the committee were awarded to the winning players at the annual smoke concert of the Taieri and Peninsula Cricket Club. The following office-bearers have been elected Cor the coming season:— Patron, Mr A. H. Templeton; president, Miss V. Rhodes; vice-presidents—Messrs A J Gall, John Newlands, W. Robertson E. Y. Aitken, A. P. Fleming (directors of the company). A. Kettle, George Dyer, J. Hay. J Pellewe. J. McKmght, H. Hill. R. H. Gordon. H. E. Gordon, W. Taylor. J. Malcolm, R. Holden, and T. Randle; club captain, Mr H. Humphrey; secretary and treasurer, Mr A. Banford; assistant secretary, Mr F. Thompson; Social CommitteeMessrs I, Davidson. J. Malcolm, and H. E. Gordon. It was decided to open the season on October 12.
