THROUGH FINLAND
NAZI TROOPS AND SUPPLIES TRANSIT PERMITTED HELSINKI. Sept. 25. (Received Sept. 25, at 11 p.m.) It is officially stated that Finland has permitted the transit of German troops and supplies into Norway and north Finland, similar to the Swed-ish-German arrangement in July.
