JAPANESE AT SINGAPORE
TWO CHARGED BY POLICE OFFICIAL SECRETS ORDINANCE SINGAPORE, Sept. 23. (Received Sept. 24, at 0.30 a.m.) Six Japanese—four men and two women—were detained by the police on Saturday. Four have now been released. To-day, Marr.uro Shimozaki and Miss Atsuka Yamakawa were charged under the official secrets' ordinance and remanded.
