UNITED IN SAME RESOLVE STAYING OUTSIDE CONFLICT SALONIKA, Sept. 22. (Received Sept. 23, at 11 p.m.) A visiting Jugoslavian Cabinet Minister, M. Andres, in a statement, said Jugoslavia and Greece were firmly united in the same resolve to safeguard their poetical and economic independence and were determined to remain outside the coiv flict which was tearing Europe asunder. The Balkans, which showed a desire for mutual help in peace-time, were even more eager to co-operate now that they were beset with so many difficulties.
