RECRUITS FOR NAVY
THIRTY-SIX NEW ZEALANDERS SELECTION UNDER SPECIAL SCHEME (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. An additional 36 New Zealand candidates have left the Dominion to join the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (Imperial), in accordance with the system of special entry. Ten of them were selected in terms of scheme /V which is for candidates between 30 and 40 years of age with certain stipulated qualifications. The remainder came under scheme B, which is foi candidates between 20 and 25 and between 25 and 30 with matriculation. The list is as follows; Scheme A. —Roland Allison (Palmer ston North). Thomas N.
