\ COMMENCEMENT ON SUNDAY WEEK (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. Official notification that Summer Time will begin in New Zealand at 2, o’clock, New Zealand standard time, on the morning of Sunday. September 29, and end at 2 o’clock, New Zealand standard time, on the morning of Sunday, April 27, next year is contained in a Gazette notice which was issued to-night.
