Thursday, September 19 (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) Undefended Cases Judgment by default was given for the plaintiffs in the following cases:— Donald Reid and Cc„ Ltd., v. P. T Roughan (Waitahuna), claim £9 14s 3d. for goods supplied, with costs (£2 OsO 6d); W Pollock v. W. A. Robertson claim £1 2s 2d, for goods supplied, with costs (11s); Otago Hospital Board v. Francis Tipa (Moeraki), claim £5 8s for hospital fees, with costs (£1 17s 6d).
