CONSTRUCTION IN AMERICA PHILADELPHIA, Sept: 17. (Received Sept. 18, at 1 a.m.). The keel of the 45,000-ton super-; Dreadnought New Jersey was lai ; down in the n.'.vy yard. The New Jersey, which is to cost 93 ; 000,000 dollars, is a sister shin to the lowa, now under construction at Brooklyn.
