A REIGN OF TERROR
CEDED RUMANIAN AREAS HUNGARIAN ACCUSATION BUDAPEST, Sept. 15. A semi-official statement accuses the Rumanian Army of a 10 days’ ’reign of terror against Hungarians living in the territories ceded *o Hungary. “ Hungarian political circles were at first inclined to believe that the atrocities were the work of irresponsibles, but the latest news suggests that a secret order was given by high authorities Hungary’s regret at these events is heightened by the fact that Rumania is oppressing 700,000 Hungarians, The Rumanian” Hungarian crisis plainly continues ”
