RUBBER QUOTA INCREASED

• LONDON, Sept. 11. The International Rubber Regulation Committee has fixed the export quota at 90 per cent, for the three months ending December. The extra supply will be 19,269 tons. The increased quota caused surprise, and it is reported to be due to pressure from the United States, which is anxious to accumulate stocks against nossiblc shipping disorganisation.
