PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Dunedin City Council at a meeting held on Monday the 9ih day of September, 1940, passed the following resolution appointing a taxi stand on the southern side of Moray place north between Municipal lane and George street: — THAT the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves, pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 of By-law No. 18. THAT a stand for six motor passenger vehicles licensed to ply lor hire be and is hereby appointed on the southern side of Moray place north between the intersection of Municipal lane and George street, the cabs to face in a westerly direction generally and to stand one behind the other parallel and close to the kerb, the first car to take up a position at the intersection with Municipal lane.
