DELAY IN TRANSMISSION 5 . AUSTRALIAN COMPLAINT SYDNEY, Sept. 10. (Received Sept. 10, at 11.15 p.m.) Australian newspapers generally are complaining of the heavy delay in cable messages from London covering air raids and other important items. Some are-taking up to 10 hours in transmission.
