GREAT ADVANCES MADE There is no point from Cape York to Perth where bombers of the Koyai Australian Air Force could not go into action within Ave hours, according to the Australian Air Ministry. A complete striking force could be concentrated at any point within hours, and bombers could lift into the air 200.0001 b of bombs in any flight Australia is well ahead of the ambitious Ottawa programme. She already has 23.000 of 27.000 ground personnel; two factories in Australia are producing aircraft at the rale of one a day. Airframe production is being speeded un but there is a lag in the production of engines. Everything is being done to overcome this lag.
