Lady Ferguson, president of the Otago Women's Club, entertained the members of the committee to luncheon in the club dining-room yesterday.. A central bowl of stately blue irises decorated the table and beside the plate of each guest lay a bunch ot deep blue grape hyacinths. « * *

After the final curtain of " When We Are Married,' the play staged last week by the Dunedin Repertory Society in aid of patriotic funds, the cast and all those who had assisted with the production were the guests of the president of the society -Mrs Richard Hudson) at a supper party held in the rehearsal rooms, which had been attractively decorated with spring flowers and blossom. The hostess received her guests wearing a becoming gown of mist-blue lace and chiffon.
