RELAY RACE
AMENDED TIME NECESSARY (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 19. As it is necessary under international rules in the event of watches registering different times in a contest that the longest time be taken it was consequently officially announced to-day that the time in the four-mile relay race on Saturday was 17min 18 4-ssec.
