LIABLE TO BE SEARCHED' CENSORSHIP REGULATIONS BALTIMORE, Feb. 18. Passengers who boarded a clipper bound for Europe were handed copies of the British censorship regulations, advising that they were subject to search at Bermuda, regardless of nationality, . The carrying of sealed letters, photographs, sketches, and documents was also forbidden.
The passengers included Majorgeneral Delos Emmons, who is on an undisclosed mission to Belem (Portugal).
