BRIEN.—On February 18, at Wellington Public Hospital, Thomas Brien, 300 Waiwhetu road, Lower Hutt, Wellington (late Internal Affairs Department, Dunedin); aged 70. "At rest." FEA.—On February 19, 1940, at Oamaru, Jane Scott, beloved wife of the late David Miller Fea, late of Maheno and Dalmoro. Dunedin; in her eighty-fifth year—The Funeral will leave the residence of her son-in-law (Mr W. Kinder), 44 Severn street, Oamaru, To-morrow (Wednesday), February 21, at 10.30 a.m., arriving at the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery at 1.30 p.m.—Stringer and Wilson, undertakers, Oamaru.
HUGGINS.—On February 19. 1940, at Dunedin, Nellie, dearly beloved wife of Charles Huggins, of Riverton, Southland; aged 54 years. “Deeply mourned.”—A service will be held at St. Peter’s Church, Cargill road. To-day (Tuesday), February 20 at 2 p.m., The Funeral will leave the Church at 2.30 p.m. for the Southern Cemetery.—Cole and Son, funeral directors.
MEAZZA.—On February 16, 1940, at Dunedin, Emile, beloved husband of Alice Jane Meazza. and loved father of Mario Meazza; aged 56 years. R.l.P.—lnterred yesterday—Cole and Son, funeral directors.
