February 26. A GENERAL INAUGURAL MEETING will be held in the Allen Hall at 10 a.m. on that day. The Inaugural Address will be delivered by DR J. E. HOLLOWAY. F.R.S., Lecturer in Botany. All students must register at the Registrar’s Office within the first week of the term. ' New students desiring to take degree courses must, when enrolling, present at the Registrar’s Office proof of having passed the Entrance Examination. EXEMPTED STUDENTS. Students proposing to apply for exemption from lectures must do so NOT LATER THAN MARCH 31. The forms are obtainable from the Registrar. MEDICAL FACULTY. The Registrar will enrol first-year medical students in the room above the Registrar’s Office on SATURDAY, February 24, at 10 a.m., and on MONDAY. February 26, at 2 p.m. DENTAL FACULTY. First-year dental students will be enrolled at the Dental School, King street, on SATURDAY, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. MINING FACULTY. The Dean of the Mining Faculty will be in attendance at the Mining School on SATURDAY, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon to meet new students. LAW FACULTY. The Dean of the Law Faculty will meet the law students in the Lecture Room, Supreme Court Buildings, on MONDAY, February 26, at 7.30 p.m. COMMERCE FACULTY. The Dean of the Faculty end Lecturers will meet all commerce students in the Lower Oliver Classroom on MONDAY, February 26. at 7 p.m. Commerce students taking Economics or other arts classes must attend the first meeting of those classes on MONDAY, February 26.
