NEW BULGARIAN CABINET
PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED. NO CHANGE IN POLICY : (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SOFIA, Feb. .16. The new Bulgarian Cabinet .consists of:— M. Filoff, Prime Minister and Minister of Education. M. Ivan Popoff, at present Minister at Belgrade, to be Minister of Foreign Affairs. M. Peter Gabrovsky, formerly Minister of Railways, now Minister of the Interior. , M, Ivan Goranoff, Minister of Railways. M. Bojiloff, Minister of Finance. M. Bagrianbff, Minister of Agriculture. ' M. Daskaloff, Minister of War; M. Vassileff, Minister of Public Works. M. Mitakoff, Minister of Justice. M. Zagoroff, Minister of Commerce.' The Cabinet is non-party. It is stated that the foreign and internal policy are unchanged. Bulgaria will continue strict neutrality and will work for the preservation of peace in the Balkans.
