RUSSIAN TRAGEDY
PETROL WAGONS CATCH FIRE DEATH ROLL NOT REVEALED MOSCOW, Sept, 15. A terrible mishap occurred at Rostov-on-Don. A locomotive struck a train of petrol wagons, which caught fire and sprayed the KievBaku express, three carriages of which were burned. The death roll is not revealed. Four men have been arrested on charges of negligence.
