SHOPKEEPERS FINED
NEW REGULATIONS INFRINGED PROSECUTION IN WANGANUI (Per United Press Association) WANGANUI, Sept. 14. Charges of breaches under the new regulations by under-paying shop assistants and exceeding the hours were brought by the Labour Department against Guilio Eossi Cutelli, who was fined £5 for paying five women assistants less than the prescribed £2, and employing an assistant for more than 48 hours. He was fined £ 1 for failing to keep a correct time book, and his wife. Sarah Elizabeth Cutelli, was fined £5 for making false.,entries in the time book in respect of a youth employed as an assistant.
