NAVAL QUESTIONS
ATTITUDE OF BRITISH GOVERNMENT BILATERAL AGREEMENTS DESIRED (British Official Wireless) (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) RUGBY, Sept. 11. A meeting has been arranged to take place at the Foreign Office on Tuesday between representatives of the British Government and the Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and Finnish Governments to discuss naval questions. The purpose of the conversations will be the same as in the case of recent discussions with Russia and Poland, and of those which have been begun with Germany—namely, the conclusion of bilateral agreements extending the London Naval Treaty. There wilj be present on the British Government side representatives of the Foreign Office and the Admiralty, and visiting Governments are sending special naval experts.
