OUTBREAK IN PALESTINE
NEW BRITISH COMMANDER (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Sept. 11. The destroyer H.M.S. Douglas left Malta this morning for Palestine, having on board Major-general Dill, the new commander of military operations in Palestine.
