PALMERSTON TRAGEDY
POLICE MAKE AN ARREST MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE TO BE BROUGHT Police investigations into the death of George Stewart Neish, a fisherman, 61 years of age, who died at Palmerston on August 26 in unusual circum-' stances, resulted in the arrest yesterday of a man who will be charged in the City Police Court this morning with manslaughter.
