(Received Jan. 13, at 8.20 p.m.) Mr Bruce visited the Legislature which was in session to-day and watched the proceedings on the floor. Speaking, he exhorted members to preserve the British parliamentary traditions and the system which was the admiration of the world— A. and N.Z. Cable.
