Richard Thomas M Cormack (St Leonards), claim £1 15s, for goods supplied, costs 12s: Watkins and Neilson v. John Lothian (Waipiata), claim £2 9s M, foi good* supplied, costs £1 9s 6d; U.b.A. (Ltd!) v. J. S. Hastie (Arrowtown) claim £l7 5s 4d, for sood? supplied, costs £2 14s; National Mortgage and Agency Company v John Butler (Clarksville), claim £194 14s 7d, balance duo for stock, goods and material supplied, and for money paid at the request of defendant, and for interest, costs £9 ll3 ‘ JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Otago Hospital Board v. William Dawson claim £ls under a judgment summons issued in connection with 4 claim for the maintenance and medical attention whilo in the hospital, Mr H • . dough appeared for plaintiffs.-The judg men! was varied, defendant to pay claim at the rate of 15s a fortnight, the first instalment to he made on January 23.
