RIGA TO VLADIVOSTOCK SERVICE TO BE RESUMED. (Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, January 11. The Riga correspondent of The Times states that work on the direct RigaYladivostock Railway of 6800 miles —the world’s longest line —which ceased ten years ago when the Germans captured Riga, will be resumed on January 17 under a Russo-Latvian agreement. There will be one journey weekly each way, occupying 13 days.—The Times.
