Fernand Bouissou has been elected President of the Chamber of Deputies.— A. and N.Z. Cable. (Received Jan. 12, at 7.20 p.m. ) M. Bouissou’a election as President of the Chamber of Deputies is not regarded aa a Socialist success, but as a personal triumph owing to his impartiality. He has been a deputy since 1909.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
