ELECTION OF MEMBERS
THE NEW PERSONNEL. i At the election of members of the Taieri River Trust on Tuesday the following were returned: — , „ . , Messrs A. R. Kompshell, A. Moore, and W. Marshall. „ , , Messrs G. Wylie and F. Johnson were elected unopposed. , , The trust is now composed of the foregoing five gentlemen and Messrs R. 1. Sadd (chairman), Walter Blackie (Taieri County Council), and L. F. Evans (Public Works Department). At the election on Tuesday, two of the sitting members—Messrs John Miller and W. O. Leary were defeated, while two of the retiring members —Messrs N._ Reid and I. Lindsay did not sock re-election.
