AN ITALIAN SENSATION. HIGH FUNCTIONARIES ARRESTED. (Press Association—3y Telegraph—Copyright.) ROME, January 11. (Received Jan. 11, at 7.20 p.m.) A sensation has been caused in Italian society circles by the announcement of five arrests, including those of two high functionaries, Tosco and Della .Valle, attached to the Order of Chevaliers, who are charged with soHinth the diploma of the Grand Officer of the Crown of Italy to a merchant for half a million lire.
