FOOTE.—On January 9, at Plcton (suddenly), Thomas William, beloved husband of Caroline Foote, Lindus terrace, Oriental Bay, Wellington, and eldest son of Mrs J. Foote, 74 Fitzroy street, Dunedin ; aged 54.
