ALLEGED THEFT.
ACCUSED REMANDED
(Special to Daily Times.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 10. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Cecil J Turnbull appeared on remand on two charges of theft, that he stole a suit at Masterton and a gramophone at Palmerston North. Turnbull was remanded to appear at Wellington to-morrow on both charges.
