Supervision throughout Great Britain is also being greatly stimulated as a ' result of Sir William Jovnson-Hicks's investigations. The trench authorities are also adopting more drastic measures. , A most significant movement, however, is reported by the Morning Post s Belgrade correspondent, who understands that a great conference has been neld at‘Trieste, at which an international antiBolshevist League was inaugurated. It is stated that a group »f European Powers were represented, involving a membership of 25,000,000. The correspondent was informed that a campaign will start with the formation of secret organisations, similar to those of the Communists, which will be ready. at any time to counteract Communist action.
