Prince George of Serbia, who has been placed under special medical guardianship, had a fixed idea that he was in danger, and feared specially an attempt to poison him. His behaviour became insufferable, and he took every occasion to insult the King and the members of the Cabinet. The Royal Council will shortly decide on the Prince’s permanent residence.—A. and N.Z.
