OCTAGON THEATRE. “The Border Legion,” Zane Grey’s fine story of the West, is showing at the Octagon Theatre. The story deals mostly with the doings of an outlaw band led by Kells. The story tells how Joan Randle and Jim Clove quarrel, and Cleve loaves to join the outlaws Joan repents and follows him, but falls into the hands of Kells. How Joan and Cleve finally escape makes an interesting story. The Octagon Concert Orchestra provides enjoyable music. QUEEN’S THEATRE. At the Queen’s 'Theatre tho main attraction is “The Ridin’ Kid from Powder River,” which is an adaptation of TI. H. Knibbs’s interesting and amusing novel. The picture is a faithful reproduction. It tells how a boy of 10 resolves to avenge the death of hi s father. Years later he is able to do this, and his adventures ultimately result in his obtaining a very charming bride. “Challenge” is also shown. EVERYBODY’S THEATRE. The screen version of “Peg o’ My Heart,” the well-known play, is the principal feature at Everybody’s Theatre. Laurette Taylor fills tho role of Peg with success. Dustin Farnuni plays a dual role in “Big Happiness.” It tells of the doings of twin brothers of opposite and embodies a love story of exceptional power. Comedies and gazettes are also*shown.
