TOWNS TO RAISE FUNDS. T LONDON, February 23. In order to raise funds for the British team which will 'compete in the Olympic Games at Paris in 1924, every town in Britain with a population of from 5000 to 10,000 will he asked to subscribe £2O. Those with a population between 10,000 and 20;000 will be asked, for £SO, the amount increasing proportionately, so that a city of 1,000,000 inhabitants will pay £2OO.
