CHAMPIONSHIP MEETfNG POSTPONED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 1. At a- meeting of the New Zealand Golf Association it was decided that owing to the difficulty in regard to the train services, the championship meeting, which was to have been held at Napier on September 2 should be postponed for a month. '
